Fourth of July Weekend

We got to spend the Fourth of July weekend with the newest mommy and daddy in the Jacobs family, and the neophyte who made them parents: say hello to Trenton Jacobs, Gavin's new cousin!

Thanks to Cam and Jen for opening their home to us, and so sorry about the pooping in the tub incident (Gavin, of course). See what you guys have to look forward to?

Gavin spent the whole weekend running around trying to touch everything he saw, and since we were in formerly baby-free areas (read: not childproofed) Casey and I spent all weekend herding him away from the breakables. Even though Gavin looks like the tired one in these photos, make no mistake about it - we wanted to be sleeping, too!

Uncle Cam had a surprise in store for Gavin - poppers (not THAT kind...and really, is that much of a surprise coming from him?)! Sorry about the video quality in the video clip, but you can hear how funny Gavin thought the poppers were, and only when Cam threw them!
